Синхронный усилитель SR 7270 предлагает пользователю возможности двухфазного выделения поданного сигнала на опорной частоте, но также присущие только оборудованию SIGNAL RECOVERY возможности детектирования в режимах парных опорных сигналов и парных гармоник, позволяющим измерять сигналы одновременно на двух разных частотах, а также тандемную демодуляцию. Синхронный усилитель SR 7270 также позволяет использовать режим виртуального опорного сигнала, что в ряде случаев позволяет выполнять измерения без опорных сигналов.
